Service calls can often be avoided. If you feel your heating or cooling system is not operating properly, please check these possible causes first.

All service calls that are conducted by our Brivis Factory-Direct Technicians on a gas ducted heater, include a Gas Appliance Safety Check. For more information about gas appliances safety, visit the Energy Safe Victoria website.

The call out fee below is an online fixed rate and covers our labour per visit (parts additional). Rest assured that your call is being handled by our expert Call Centre Operators and your unit is being serviced by one of our factory trained and industry accredited Service Technicians. Certificate of Compliance – Gas (VIC only) $49.50
Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) – Electrical (VIC only) $20.00

Please note: Our service vehicles carry the parts required to complete most standard repairs during the first visit, however if a non standard part is required, your Service Technician will order the part and will arrange to return to complete the work asap, he will provide you with a quote that includes a reduced labour rate to return. Brivis is committed to the safety of our customers and employees. Some repairs may require a second person to complete the service safely. Certain components may be heavy or may need to be manoeuvred into confined spaces. Your attending Service Technician will advise if a second person will be required.

  • Our technician will phone you before 10am on the day of your service with a 2 hour block that he will attend your property.
  • All charges must be paid upon completion of the job via credit card, cheque or EFTPOS.
